Welcome to Eccleston Parish

This is the official site for Eccleston Parish Council and its residents. It aims to inform residents of events and other news both from within the Parish and also from the St Helens area. The site will supplement the printed Parish Council newsletter and contain content from the newsletter.

Jumpers For Goalposts exhibition

The Smithy Heritage centre is holding an exhibition, entitled ‘Jumpers for Goalposts’, that will run from 21st June - 14th September 2008. It will be a look back at childhood through the ages and hopefully bring back a few nice memories.

If you have anything that you feel was evocative of your childhood (a toy, an item of clothing or even an old school report) and you wouldn’t mind us borrowing it for the exhibition, please get in touch with either Joanne or Vicky at smithyheritagecentre@hotmail.com, or, phone us on 01744 730744 or simply leave us a note. Hope to see you soon! Kiln Lane, Eccleston, St. Helens, WA10 4RA
